A number of glass bottles of this size are illustrated by Hugh Moss ,Victor Graham and Ka Bo Tsang ,A Treasury of Chinese Snuff Bottles: The Mary and George Bloch Collection ,vol. 5 ,Hong Kong ,2002 ,nos. 678 ,711 ,779 ,789 ,and 815. The authors note that by the standards of the larger bottles of the Qianlong period onwards ,bottles of this size might be considered miniature ,but such small bottles were not unusual from the Yongzheng and early Qianlong reigns ,op. cit. p. 320.
